Amenities & Features
-Heated Pool & Spa: Relax in the spa or cool off in the pool, surrounded by comfortable seating and a gas fire pit. Both the pool and spa are host-controlled. Just send us a message when you’re ready to soak! The complimentary spa runs in 2.5-hour intervals (after 5 hours of active use there is a 1-hour break to refill to optimal levels). Entire pool heating available for an additional fee when air temperatures are above 50°F. Complimentary pool towels are provided.
❄️ Quick Winter Note:
To keep our pool and spa in top shape, the system features an automated "Safety Freeze Mode." If the air or water temperature dips below 42°F, the heater will shut off so the system can focus on circulating water to protect the plumbing. If you're visiting during a cold snap, please keep an eye on the forecast, as heating will be unavailable until temperatures rise back up!
-Smart Lock Entry: For your security and convenience, access to the home is controlled by a smart lock. Your unique access code will be provided to you directly.
-Game-Ready Spaces: Get competitive with a foosball table in the living room and a variety of board games in the cozy loft area.
-Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook with ease using the provided spices, coffee, and tea. The kitchen features a breakfast nook for 4 and a bar area with two stools, along with a full cocktail mixing station and recipes.
-Outdoor Fun: A gas fire pit and a fully-equipped gas grill are ready for your BBQs and s'mores nights.
-Convenient Amenities: A full laundry room with a washer, dryer, and supplies, plus high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Guest access
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, and the private backyard with the pool and spa.
Garage access is also permitted for parking. A garage remote control is provided on the entrance console; please return it to the same location upon your departure.

DISCLOSURES
Please review the following important information regarding your stay:
-Swim at Your Own Risk: The pool and spa have no lifeguard on duty, and the pool's depth reaches 4.2 feet. Children must be supervised at all times. Hosts are not responsible for accidents or injuries related to swimming at the property.
-We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
HOUSE RULES:
- Respect for the Property: Please treat our home as if it were your own. Use all appliances and furnishings with care, and let us know immediately if something is not working or if you accidentally break something. Household items are not to be removed from the property. Do not move any furniture.
- Pets Policy: NO pets allowed. Service animals must be disclosed when booking.
- Safety and Security: For your safety and the security of the property, please ensure all windows and doors are locked when you leave the house and at night. We have outdoor cameras monitoring the exterior of the house, including the pool equipment. Your privacy is our top priority, and no common indoor spaces are monitored.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 am. For noise regulation, our home is equipped with a sound sensor that monitors decibel levels only. It does not record any conversations.
- Parking: Parking in the street, driveway, and garage is permitted. Parking is not permitted on grass or any landscaped areas.
- Trash Collection: Curbside trash and recycling pick-up is each Thursday and Sunday. Roll out bins to the alley for collection by 7:00 a.m. Check the Guestbook for more details.
- No Parties & Guest Policy: To ensure a comfortable and secure stay for all of our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy (parties are against policy). This means that no parties, gatherings, or events of any kind are permitted at the property. Our home is exclusively for the use of the guests listed on the original reservation.
- The fireplace in the home is for decorative purposes. Do NOT use the fireplace.
- Smoking Policy: To maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our home for all guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy inside the house. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and any form of vaping. If any signs of smoking are discovered inside the property, additional charges will be applied.
- Please follow the Wi-Fi and Smart TV Guide, Foosball Table Guide, Pool Rules & Safety Precautions, and Using the Outdoor Grill & Fire Pit Guide provided in the printed Welcome Book found in the property.
