Epic location walking distance to all kinds of food, fun and shopping. Beautiful space and would so stay there again!

Perfect place to stay for a conference at the convention center. Easy walk to the convention center and most downtown Dallas attractions. Lots of great restaurant options easily sensible — including the AT&T Exchange food court. Having a provided parking spot, which was also easy to navigate, was super helpful as we had a car to be able to visit Austin, Waco, Fort Worth and other nearby areas of interest. We enjoyed our time, would stay again, and would definitely recommend to others.

Cota’s place was perfect for us. Close to our event. It was very convenient & comfortable.

What a lovely surprise entering the apartment complex’s courtyard! You feel like you’ve entered a magical lush garden. Water sculptures and hidden away outdoor seating plus a small elegant pool are just some of the outdoor amenities. The unit we reserved was downstairs and easy to access through the keypad into the courtyard and then another keypad into the unit. The unit had 2 bedrooms with super comfortable beds and luxurious bedding. There’s a full bath and a half back (sink & toilet). The living area is spacious and couch comfortable. The fridge was very nice and cold with ice maker. The kitchen was clean and functional for short term stays. We were there a month so needed more variety cooking pans. The one large TV in the living room and the internet work great. The one thing I would mention is if anyone has trouble with walking on uneven ground it may be an issue because the pathway to the unit is ucobblestone bricks and uneven. The other plus is easy and plenty of parking!

The host was very helpful with out of the ordinary requests. It was exceptional.

We are sadly the 2ndto last to stay (Dallas just outlawed air BnBs). It is a perfect location, like PERFECT. Street side parking, super safe area. The beds and linens are terrific (pool towels! Fluffy towels for the bathroom too), and the living areas are extremely comfortable (I could lie on leather sofa ALL DAY LONG). AC was fantastic - essential for Dallas heat. Yes, there are “drawbacks” other reviews mentioned: cobwebs on the chandelier, fridge needs cleaning, the master bath is janky (hard to close shower door, you hit your knee on the jacuzzi when on toilet), some amenities are lacking (need obvious places/places that aren’t on the floor to plug in phones etc), and the outside/pool are less than pristine (dried leaves/branches are a fire hazard, small pond is a mosquito haven, yes a vine is growing into the house, and bottom of pool needs a scrubbing). BUT!! The “old Hollywood glamour” (as Bruce calls) feel of the place is decadent and tangible. We adored it. Thanks Bruce!!

Lydia’s place was perfect for our family gathering. It has a wonderful, spacious living/dining area and large kitchen. There were 6 adults in our party and we had plenty of room to spread out. The house is super clean, the beds and bedding very comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. Lydia was wonderful to work with and very responsive. I highly recommend this wonderful home!

Robert is exceptionally communicative and responsive, quickly answering any questions. The home is incredibly well stocked with every conceivable appliance. The kitchen is fitted with high end appliances and tons of kitchenware/ utensils as well as all the basics. Care is taken to ensure the environment was clean and inviting with HEPA air filters throughout, ample extra towels, pillows, and supplies. The pool and back deck provide a magical setting to relax and catch a slice of nature as the lizards, squirrels and birds move about daily life around the lily pond . This house provided a great home away from home for us during our stay, and we were quite happy with it. The home is showing some signs of its age and there are a few areas that require maintenance, but for the most part nothing that impacted our ability to use the space. Would definitely stay here again.

The host was very responsive and helpful. The home has plenty of space for one person with a spacious living room, nice kitchen, and lots of space to hang clothes. Bathroom is small, but functional. The host had left snacks for guests; an unexpected treat. It is worth noting that there is a door to the shared laundry room in the bedroom, though this is locked with an electronic coded lock. The bedroom also has a door to the outside (backyard). The neighborhood is quiet.

Jess’s place was great! It’s cute and cozy. We had 3 people I stayed on the daybed it was very comfortable. We had enjoyed the screened porch for our morning coffee. I’ll definitely book it again next time I’m in town

We were in town for a show at AT&T and this spot was PERFECT! It’s a 20 minute walk to the stadium and the house is pristine! Communication was fast and easy with Brad and Amanda from the moment I began the booking and was great when I got to town. The bedrooms are comfortable and the common areas were perfect for congregating. This property is very well maintained and honestly may be the best Airbnb I’ve ever rented. Highly recommend!

It was a very beautiful home. I came for a drag race event and the place was located in the center of everything that I need. Would definitely book again

Great place to stay for a few days nice calm neighborhood

This home feels very safe and is in a really great location. It’s beautiful! and our family had a wonderful time. The neighborhood is convenient to restaurants and shopping but is also peaceful and quiet. We saw families out walking in the evenings. The kitchen is fantastic - so many cooking and serving utensils and cookware. The beds are comfortable, the front porch is enjoyable, and the living room has plenty of seating. Super clean! and really nice front yard landscaping. Such a beautiful house with character and history. We would love to stay here again!

Dipesh was so easy to deal with. Responded extremely fast. Living room had lots of furniture to hang out and talk or watch tv. Would rent from Dipesh again when I'm in the area.

Katrina was a fabulous host for our recent trip to Dallas. The house is in an excellent location with access to multiple restaurants within walking distance. House looked just like pictures and we enjoyed the back patio area with the nice weather we had. There was a slight issue with the dryer and when I reduced out to Katrina she had it addressed immediately. Definitely recommend!

We had a pleasant stay at Lee’s place. The host was responsive and flexible. Bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. Linens were clean, smell great and supplies were sufficient for our group. The space works for us because we were out and about most of the day and only prepared breakfast there. The property is within walking distance to a number of good restaurants and shops and within a short drive to attractions.

Perfect location! The house is great for a long stay. We had our family stay for a month and we enjoyed the house. Don’t want to say too many good things as it might not be available next time if we do. :0)

Came to celebrate the Holidays with family in Plano. The property was very clean and fit our needs. Great area close to everything Dallas area has to offer. Thanks for the gift basket and wine. Property was as described however we didn’t need the 3rd bedroom as the bed very short and was for a child..
