This 1966 brick home has been lovingly restored and made open concept with fun patterns and colors throughout. The entire top floor is yours (separate basement unit with private entrance is also on site). Parking in driveway for 3 cars. Enter into a fresh open concept kitchen with great natural light and a private back yard. With three bedrooms and two baths you have plenty of space. The downstairs unit is regularly rented as well so ask all renters to be respectful of others. No parties :)

Now accepting shorter term stays for May-June 14. Please message if you’d like Memorial Day weekend. It may show as unavailable but it’s available!

This space works great for those traveling for work with multiple coworkers or for families with kids. Whether you're here for work stint, to be close to family, or while you search for the next right forever home you'll have enough space to relax at the end of the day. An open concept living, dining room and kitchen lead into the hallway. Off the hallway is the shared bath accessible for the twin bedroom and the queen bedroom. The king bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.

Pets are welcome!

Open again as as a mid term rental starting in September, typically for 30 days or longer - we designed the Concord house to be a home away from home for you and your people.

The entire top floor is yours. No shared entrances.

Other things to note
We provide the essentials for your first few days but similar to a vacation home rental we don't continue to provide toiletries for the entire stay :)
