Smithson was very friendly and accommodating. The cottage was very clean and felt like home and relaxing. I highly recommend the cottage for a wonderful visit in Asheville NC. We will definitely be back!!!

We had a great time visiting Brevard. The home was in a great location near everything. We were able to hike, enjoy waterfalls and shop in Brevard and Hendersonville.

From retired grandparents to working professionals, two small children, and even our dog, the house had something for everyone. The house was thoughtfully equipped with modern conveniences, making it both comfortable and functional. We had a wonderful stay. The place was exactly as described, the hot tub was very relaxing, and the surroundings were peaceful and private. The house had everything we needed, we even extended the stay an extra day because we loved it.

Lovely home in the Village of Cheshire! Jake is a wonderful host and the house is even better than the pictures. Beautiful neighborhood with walking trails and playground for kids. Enjoyed being able to bring our dog along and the convenience of the fenced backyard. Hope to return one day :)

You have to see it! Such a deal for a beautiful home. The view is incredible! Where do you get three beds all as comfortable as the next? I don't know the owners but have nothing but rave reviews. Must try the claw foot tub.

The house was comfortable, clean and spacious! The view was amazing in a nice quiet neighborhood ! We had our family staying to attend a wedding and it fit our needs perfectly! The kitchen was gorgeous and a good use of space !

Definitely a gem of a find. This tiny home had the quaint vibe of being just outside of Asheville, but all the little bells and whistles to allow the more modern things (ie charging phone, and a touch mirror in the bathroom. Michele and Dana have put alot into their little home, and it shows. I felt welcomed and Dana had some great suggestions on some grub, so I took her up on Moe's BBQ in town. Hit the spot after a long day of hiking in the nearby mountians. Me and the pup will be back again.

A wonderful home stocked with all the essentials to make a pleasant stay! Amanda is a great communicator and fabulous host. Pool, hot tub, and ping pong table are amenities packed in an efficient and spacious home. I was thrilled with the kitchen setup, and my family loved having two separate living room spaces. The porch is very nice, and overlooks both the pool and hot tub. Linens are clean. Decorations are minimal and homey. Plenty of space for a family or group to come together. Neighborhood is great and less than 5 minutes to Tanger Outlets, restaurants, grocery and Blue Ridge Parkway. Everything else is an easy 15-20 minutes away, from Biltmore to Downtown Asheville, everything feels like it is at your fingertips. What a great stay, we look forward to coming back when the pool is open!

10/10 recommend staying here. Suzanne was incredibly accommodating. Her place is beautiful, private and peaceful. We also tried her restaurant which was some of the best food I’ve ever had!!! Suzanne was super helpful, kind and constantly went above and beyond for us during our stay. If you’re thinking about booking with her, just do it! You won’t regret it.

Melissa’s place was very welcoming and felt like home. She has everything available you need and it is in a great location. Very close to everything. She’s a great host and we would definitely love to use her place again!

I am a repeat guest at Studio R. The only times I don't stay there when I am in the area are when it is already booked or if I have a larger group and need multiple bedrooms. Cheryl truly makes you feel at home, the studio is stocked with everything you could possibly need, the furnishings are comfortable, and the wi-fi is reliable if you need to get some work done during our stay. You can't go wrong staying here.

I had a wonderful stay at this mountain house. The location was breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding landscape that allowed me to truly unwind. The house itself was cozy and well-equipped, offering all the comforts needed for a relaxing getaway. I especially enjoyed the rustic decor, which added a warm and authentic feel to the space. Being close to hiking trails and nature spots was a bonus, as it allowed for easy exploration and outdoor activities. Overall, a fantastic place to disconnect and enjoy the peace of the mountains. The house is at the top of a cul-de-sac in a small, quiet neighborhood. Being near the highway made it super convenient to visit West Asheville and get groceries at Ingles down the street. The primary bedroom was SO QUIET and could be made very dark, so it was great for sleeping! Everything was clean, in working condition, and well equipped. Whether you like a shower stall, a regular tub, or a soaking tub, you get all three at this house. The host was courteously communicative at just the right times. Overall, a really nice stay.

Awesome stay. Exceeded our expectations in many ways. Last day we had a chance to check out the rec center which was really cool. Billy was so easy to get a hold of and so accommodating to he whole trip. Thanks!!

We LOVED our stay at Elizabeth’s! We were two humans plus a dog and found the unit to be very comfortable. There were so many incredibly thoughtful touches that made our stay so lovely. It really did feel like a little home away from home — which was perfect for our little WFA (work from Asheville) adventure. The house is well stocked with everything a traveler could need. And the yard is perfect and secure for any furry travelers. The location is convenient to Asheville and in super close proximity to some great hiking in the Bent Creek forest and around the NC Arboretum. We will absolutely be looking to stay here in the future! This spot is such a gem!

Our stay at Julia's was just what we needed. Great host, very caring and responsive about some unexpected needs while we were there. Close to outlets, blue ridge mt entrance and arbotertum. Loved the ingles grocery nearby. Would absolutely stay again, thanks Julia!

My friends and I rented Rob's place for a week-long reunion after years of not seeing each other in person. The house is large enough to afford everyone space and cozy enough to enhance gathering in the 2 living rooms. We especially enjoyed the private deck. Driving into the city districts was quick (10-15 minutes) and easy. I'd definitely recommend Rob's house for a visit to Asheville, especially if one wants to bring along a canine companion- large fenced yard!

We had a great stay at Carly's place. We enjoyed the proximity to hikes in the Pisgah particularly along the Davison River area. Living room seating was good and there were nice views across the valley. We had a Whip-poor-will serenade us several nights. Sound does carry up the valley so when on the porch road noise was noticeable. The bed (we used the Master bedroom) was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and even a sharp knife! If you plan on cooking some of your own meals, wait to go grocery shopping until after you check in as Carly has thoughtfully provided an Ingles card so you can save some $$. We ate at The Square Root one night and the food was wonderful.

We had such a wonderful stay! Tiny home was spotless upon arrival, everything exactly as described. Very quiet and peaceful space, we loved hearing the farm animals down the hill in the mornings. Will definitely be back whenever we are back in the area!

Joanna and Jamie were awesome hosts. They made sure we had everything we needed. We were there during the Asheville flood, and Joanna offered for us to eat with their family, to insure we had food and supplies. Also the place was amazingly stocked. You can just show up with your clothes, everything else is there.

We had a very nice last-minute stay here. Diane is a very responsive host. The location is great, and even though there is no full kitchen( which we were aware of), we made it work. The hot plate, convection oven, and full fridge worked out fine for us for a few days. We spent the days fishing off the pier, kayaking, and just being outside. There are board games, beach toys, kayaks, a cooler, chairs, and a fire pit to enjoy. The beds were a little too firm for our liking and a little noisy when you moved around, but they did not take away from our overall stay. Thank you!
