HISTORIC LOCATION
The historic Creole mansion known as the French Quarter Mansion was built in 1820 for Christian Rosaleus, the founder of the very prestigious Tulane University School of Law. Today it is one of the most photographed buildings in the French Quarter as it displays the "Uneed a Biscuit" sign on its side.
We’ve carefully renovated the building, preserving its historical charm while updating it for modern use. This blend of old and new makes the space truly unique, and we hope you enjoy the building's heritage!
Given the historical nature of many city center buildings, we want to make you aware of a few features that may require extra care:
Several elements of the building are original, including the floors, doors, walls, and windows.
While the brick walls have been painted to minimize dust, please be mindful that touching the walls may result in some dust falling.
