A private, thoughtfully designed carriage house with its own entrance, offering a quiet and comfortable stay. The space is laid out as a studio with distinct areas for sleeping, relaxing, and dining, creating an easy, uncluttered flow.

The interior blends simple, functional design with a warm, lived-in feel—soft lighting, natural textures, and small details that make it feel like more than just a place to stay.

You’ll have everything you need for a short visit or a longer stay, including a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a clean, modern bathroom. The space is best suited for up to 2 guests.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire upstairs carriage house for the duration of their stay, including the private entrance.

Parking is available for one vehicle on-site, with additional street parking typically available nearby.

Other things to note
The studio is located above the garage and accessed via an exterior staircase, offering a quiet and private stay once you’re settled in.
While there isn’t a fenced yard, guests traveling with dogs are welcome to use the small outdoor space—just please be sure to clean up after your pets. You’ll also find a dog-friendly park just a block away, along with several nearby green spaces throughout the neighborhood, many of which provide dog waste bags for convenience.
