The space
Welcome to your Gulf front paradise! Four Winds #901 is a relaxing beach home with space for up to 6 guests with direct panoramic views, ready for you to take in the beauty of sunrises and sunsets!
• The entire exterior of Four Winds was just painted for a fresh new look! We also have a brand new boardwalk and shower for washing off sand.
• The condo is decorated with an elegant beach aesthetic. It features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a full kitchen and ample living and dining areas with sparkling water views. There are tile floors throughout. Grab a beach read from our little library and relax in the sun!
• The primary bedroom is large with a king-size bed (with new mattress in 2026), dresser, closet, Smart TV and a desk space for your laptop. The ensuite full bathroom has a beautiful new updated vanity area and a tiled shower. The primary bedroom is tucked away, down the hall from the living areas for quiet and privacy.
• The second bedroom has a queen bed, cabinet/shelves, closet and Smart TV. The second full bathroom with tiled shower can be accessed from the bedroom and hallway.
• You can see the beach from the window in both bedrooms.
• Across the hall from the second bedroom is a built-in bunk bed (two narrow twin XL mattresses are best for kids).
• No tiny stackable here! In-unit laundry with full-size washer and dryer is provided for your use. New dryer in 2026!
• The living room features new comfy furniture (2026) and the warmth and ambience of an electric fireplace for cozy nights. And, you can watch movies together or catch a game on the Smart TV with cable.
• Guests must use their own logins for streaming on the Smart TVs. The living room TV also has cable.
• The dining area has uninterrupted east views of the beach from the comfort of your table, which seats six.
• Watch the waves from the penthouse-level private balcony with breathtaking direct Gulf views - see miles of beach from your 9th floor unit! Have a relaxing meal outdoors on the 4-seater high top table.
• Enjoy the amenities! Take a dip in the pool, play in the kid-friendly pool, or relax in the soaker hot tub (non-jetted). For those who love to BBQ, there are two charcoal grills for your use on the east side of the building. Enjoy the convenience of an elevator and luggage carts.
• There is private beach access for Four Winds guests at the pool area. There is also a bathroom on the east side of the building so you don’t have to go upstairs when you’re enjoying the outdoors.
• A half mile to the east is Adventure Island for mini golf, go-karts and an arcade for family fun! Also for your convenience, there are three grocery stores one to two miles to the east, as well as convenience stores and gas.
• There are restaurants right across the street and many more nearby.
• Four Winds is a low density complex with only 36 units so is less crowded than large complexes - no long waits for the elevator or pool loungers. The unit being located on the top floor means no noise from above and being on the end means no neighbor on one side. There are only four units on the 9th floor. Imagine a restful, fun, stress- free vacation! Live the Shore Life!
Guest access
The entire condo unit is yours to enjoy as well as a private balcony with the most amazing views! The condo can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. You will receive a door code prior to your arrival. There is an elevator to bring you up to the 9th floor, and there are carts on the first floor to load and unload your luggage and groceries. A trash chute is located on the 9th floor west side (past the elevator) for your convenience during your stay. There is private beach access for Four Winds guests near the pool, and a shower near the boardwalk to rinse the sand after visiting the beach.
Other things to note
* Clean bed linens and bath towels are provided. A starter set of toiletries will also be provided including:
- Bathrooms: 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 trash bag, hand soap; travel shampoo/conditioner/soap;
- Kitchen: 1 roll of paper towels, 2 laundry pods, 2 dishwasher pods, dish soap, 2 trash bags.
Please plan accordingly for additional items you may need during your stay. It is a short drive to a variety of grocery and convenience stores.
* There is a Keurig duo coffee machine in the kitchen that takes both K-cups and regular coffee grounds/filters. Bring your favorite coffee to brew!
* Cleanliness is very important to us so we hire a local, professional cleaning service to prepare the unit for your arrival. Early check-in may be available ($35) if the unit is ready early. Late check-out is not available, as the cleaners start at 10 a.m. and need to stay on schedule.
* NO PARKING FEE for one vehicle! Parking is FREE for one vehicle (no boats/campers/RVs allowed). If a second parking pass is needed, contact Lisa to arrange payment of $55. Your pass will be in the unit when you arrive. Please hang it on your rear view mirror. This requirement at Four Winds keeps the property secure so that only owners and guests may use the amenities.
* Bring your beach towels and beach gear. There will be chair and umbrella rentals available on the beach during peak season if you like. For more information, check out Ike’s Beach Service online.
* There is free WiFi available. The password is posted in the unit.
* There is no workout room. Our building is small and although it doesn’t have a lot of amenities, it is quieter and less crowded.
* It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance with a vendor of your choice in case you cannot travel due to illness, or in case of inclement weather, etc. and need to cancel outside of the free cancellation period.
* Pets are not allowed. This is a strict policy. Guests may not have pets in units or anywhere on the property, as per Four Winds Condominium Association rules and regulations. The association will evict guests and no refunds will be issued for unused nights. Guests would be responsible for extra cleaning cost. Please make boarding or other arrangements for pets.
* Smoking/vaping is not allowed in units or on balconies as per the association. This is a strict policy. Guests may smoke at the designated smoking area on the east side of building.
* Four Winds is located very close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas, arcade, mini golf, go-karts and shopping!
