We are delighted to offer you a romantic, fully supplied campsite in the woods. All you need to bring is your clothes, bedding, towels and a cooler with your food. We've taken all of the hassles out of camping!

The landscaped site includes a 10' x 10' tent on a platform, 2 double air mattresses, a picnic table, a fire pit, solar lights & all the camping gear for cooking, eating & doing dishes.

We have 2 outdoor compost toilets and a fabulous, bright outdoor shower with another almost ready.

The space
We have many unique listings located on our spectacular, ocean-view, 10-acre mountain property. Guests are allowed to wander our property. We have garden areas, a small orchard, several ponds, walking trails, several lovely spots to sit and relax, and hammocks to hang out in.

We are delighted to offer you 4 lovely fully supplied campsites with tents on platforms in the woods. All you need to bring is your clothes, bedding, towels and a cooler with your food. We've taken all of the hassles out of camping!

Each site is landscaped with its own character and views while blending in with nature all around. Sites are grouped into two groups of two sites each while maintaining visual privacy. There is a walking lane between the two groups of sites. If you're coming with friends or family and you're wanting to book two sites, please book SITES #1 and #2 OR #3 and #4. You can expect some noise from your camping neighbor, but our quiet hours are from 9 am - 9 pm. If you feel that they are being too noisy, you can either speak with them directly or let us know and we'll remind them to be respectful of your space.

On our property, we have a recreational area with a large pond (that dries out somewhat in the hot summer months), as well as an orchard area, and several walking paths, including a loop trail through the woods.

We're close to hiking trails and there are many great ocean beaches and lakes nearby.

The tents are on platforms (to stay dry) and each has 2 double air mattresses, a picnic table, a private fire pit with 2 Viking chairs, as well as all the camping gear that you'll need to cook and eat with. We also supply a lantern, dishwashing supplies, and water.

There is an outdoor shower and compost toilet nearby and a communal camper resource area with a large picnic table, a large shared barbecue, garbage, recycling, compost containers, and a clothes dryer. We supply you with fresh, filtered non-chlorinated water.

You can park near the lane that leads to the camping area. We have a wagon there for you to use to transport your belongings to your campsite. If that parking lot is full, we have several parking areas on the property.

One well-behaved pet per campsite is allowed WITH THE HOST'S PERMISSION but they must be supervised and on a leash at all times.

Children must be supervised and accompanied by an adult at all times. Our playground is designed for young children only.

Guests can explore our property, including our orchard area, ponds, Loop Trail through the woods, our organic gardens, and even our chickens and rabbits.

Other things to note
Please Note: it can get quite cold at night, so we recommend bringing hot water bottles and warm bedding.

This site has a newer tent than pictured with a covered entrance. It is 8 x 10'

This site has a hammock on-site therefore it is slightly more expensive.

Neighborhood highlights

We are in a semi-rural area on acreage only 20-minutes from Sechelt and 15 minutes from Madeira Park. We are near hiking and biking trails; the Sunshine Coast is wonderful to explore with many lakes, ocean beaches, restaurants, shops and so much more. We are centrally located on the Southern Coast and the Sunshine Coast is only a 40-minute ferry ride from Vancouver’s Horseshoe Bay terminal.

Originally from Montreal, I moved to BC in 1988 and I absolutely love it here. In 2017, my partner, Kito (originally from Brazil), and I moved to BC's Sunshine Coast, where the energy is awesome, nature is abundant, people are friendly and the pace of life calm and very healing.
