This beautiful 2,800 sq ft farmhouse is great for large groups, or is great for a romantic get a way for two. It's located only a few short blocks from The Pioneer Woman's Mercantile in a great neighborhood. Play a game of pool, a game of foosball, soak in the master tub, or relax around the fire pit on the wrap around porch. Your vehicles will stay safe under covered parking. This home is where Ree’s film crew stays while filming the Pioneer Woman. You won't be disappointed in this rental.
The space
When you arrive you will stay out if the Oklahoma elements with covered parking for 4 vehicles (and space for more). As you head in the door you will see a storm shelter for your safety just steps from the back porch. The great wrap around porch is complete with chairs, a propane fire pit, and a hot tub! Once inside you will find three bedrooms (all upstairs), three bathrooms, dining room, kitchen, pool table, foosball table, and a large sectional in the spacious living room. Upstairs is where you will find all of the bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, two closets, and couch with queen fold out bed. The master bedroom also has an on-suite bathroom with stand up shower and a jet tub to help you relax after your day of visiting Pawhuska. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and twin size bed. The third bedroom has two queen size beds. There is a bathroom at the top of the stairs for the second and third bedrooms to share. Downstairs there is a handicap accessible bathroom, beautiful dining room, pool table, and spacious living room with big screen tv.
All bedrooms are upstairs. We do have two roll-a-way beds that can be set up either upstairs or downstairs, but there is no true bedroom downstairs. The washer and dryer can be accessed by guests, but you will need to bring your own laundry soap. The coffee pot is a standard coffee pot. There are coffee filters provided, but you will need to bring your own coffee.
**Please be sure to put the correct number of guests BEFORE booking! The Flamingo's Nest is set up to be charged based on how many guests are coming. By putting the correct number of guests before you book, you will be able to see the accurate price breakdown. You can change the number of guests on your reservation anytime up until the day of check-in.

Guests will have access to the storm shelter, hot tub, pool table, full kitchen, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, wifi, smart TVs, ROKU, and much more!

There is a washer and dryer, but you will need to bring your own laundry soap.
The coffee maker is a standard coffee maker.
The cleaning fee of $100 is for parties of five guests or more. If you have 4 guests or less, please send me a message and I'll refund you $25 on your cleaning fee.

I was born and raised in Pawhuska. I was a high school math teacher and coach for a few years, but once I became a mom, my priorities changed. Now, my husband and I are self employed so that we can spend more time together as a family. We have The Buckin' Flamingo Jewelry Store as well as a few other businesses.
