The space
Welcome to our spacious corner duplex unit, a stylish retreat perfect for up to 5 guests. This unique space is equipped with 2 bedrooms—one with a comfortable queen bed and the other featuring a triple decker bed, making it ideal for families or small groups. The unit also offers 1 bathroom and 1 powder room, ensuring that everyone has the space they need.
You’ll have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and basic cooking utensils for light cooking, perfect for enjoying a homemade meal. After a day of exploring or swimming in the Mosaic Pool or relaxing in the Jacuzzi Pod, you can use the washer/dryer for your laundry needs. Entertainment is easy with a 42-inch Smart TV where you can stream your favorite movies and shows.
For those who enjoy gaming, we offer a Nintendo Switch for rent, and a PS5 is also available (upon request) for the ultimate gaming experience. The PS5 comes with two controllers and access to a huge library of over 150 games, including subscriptions to EA Play and PS Deluxe.

We strive to provide a clean and comfortable space for all our guests, so we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following:
No Smoking: Our apartment is strictly non-smoking. If we detect smoking or find cigarette buds, there will be an additional cleaning fee of RM300 to remove the smell and clear any smoke residue. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a fresh environment for future guests.
Take Care of the White Sheets: We love our crisp, white bed linens and hope you do too! Please help us keep them clean. If any stains are not removable after washing, unfortunately, we’ll have to charge a replacement fee. Let’s keep the space as pristine as possible for everyone!
No Durian or Mangosteen: While we love these fruits, they can leave strong odors and tough stains that are hard to remove. So, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing durians or mangosteens into the unit.
No Parties or Drugs: To ensure a peaceful stay for all residents, parties and drugs are strictly prohibited.
Quiet Hours: We observe quiet hours from 10 PM onwards. Please be considerate of neighbors and fellow guests during this time.
Early Check-In/ Late Check-Out: If you'd like to check in early or check out late, just let us know. We can arrange this for an additional fee, subject to availability. Standard check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 12 PM.
