Guest access
You can use the entire house, but please save electricity. Turn off the air-conditioner and lights when you go out. Please do not set the air conditioner to the lowest temperature. Because the house is old, the indoor temperature is too low, and the cold air is conducted to the side, and there will be water on the walls of the neighbors on both sides.

Other things to note
- No parties in the room. Thai locals live on both sides of the house. Please respect the neighbors. Keep your voice down and be quiet from 10:00pm to 8:00am.
- There is no parking space in the house as it is located in the city center. You need to look for your own parking lot nearby.
- 24-hour self check-in, but no luggage storage.
- There will be security cameras outside the door for your safety.
- No smoking inside, only in the balcony and rooftop area, but please do not throw cigarette butts, 2,000 Baht fine for violation.
- There is no daily cleaning service, if you need daily cleaning or change of bedding, there is an extra charge of 2000 baht per time.
- Durians and other pungent fruits are not allowed, violation will cause a penalty of 2,000 baht.
