Located on Marlborough St between America's Cup Ave and Thames, enjoy a quick 2-minute walk to restaurants and bustling nightlife. One parking space is included - rare in downtown Newport!

Experience a bit of history with modern conveniences. Built in 1860 but recently renovated, our 2 bed, 1 bath apartment has everything you should need during your Newport vacation.

Guest access
Guests will have the entire 2nd floor apartment to themselves for the duration of the stay. The house is on an electronic locking system so last minute bookings are welcome!

Other things to note
Rental includes one parking space for a normal-sized car. House includes 3 rental units and has 3 parking spaces. Out of respect for other renters, please ask your guests to park off site.
