Our cozy rustic-modern tiny home sits just steps from a private 18-acre spring-fed lake with a sandy beach, calm water, and wide-open views in every direction. Spend your days kayaking, fishing, or relaxing by the shore, then unwind in the hot tub while the sun sets over the water.

With no close neighbors and acres of woods and open land around you, it feels quiet, secluded, and completely removed from the busy world — yet you’re still just minutes from town.

The Space:

The thoughtfully designed tiny home is warm, comfortable, and efficient, with everything you need for a relaxing stay:

Kitchenette with stovetop, microwave, and refrigerator

Close to everything — but it feels a world away.

Good to Know:

This is a tiny home with a cozy, compact layout
The hot water tank is smaller, so shorter showers work best
There is another rental cabin on the property, but each space has its own private area and beach access
Our family occasionally enjoys the lake as well
Outdoor areas include water, woods, and natural terrain — children should be supervised
Winter weather may make 4-wheel drive helpful during heavy snow

If you need anything during your stay, we live nearby and are happy to help.

Guest access
You will be a beach in front of the tiny house that is exclusively yours. We also have several acres of woods and grassy areas that you may explore. We ask you not to go near the cabin on the property, or the beach in front of the cabin. You may use the entire 18 acre lake for swimming and kayaking. We do have a family camping area across the lake from the tiny house that is only for our use. We also have a cabin on the property that is also for guests. The cabin is about 500 feet from the Tiny House.

When not working on our properties, we enjoy swimming in the lake, taking rides on 4 wheelers, and cooking out.
