Guest access
Guests will enjoy full access to the farmhouse, including all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and the three-season recreation room. Please note the basement is a private area and not available for use. Parking is available on the driveway for 3+ vehicles (uncovered). Guests are welcome to walk and explore the surrounding fields, but garage parking and garage access are not included.
Other things to note
Please note that pets are not permitted on the property, and smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house and on the grounds. If evidence of pets, smoking, or vaping is found after your stay, a cleaning fee will be applied. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the farmhouse and surrounding property fresh, clean, and enjoyable for all guests.
This is also an active, working farm. During your stay, you may see farm staff, seasonal workers, or machinery operating in the surrounding fields. These activities are a normal part of farm life and may occur during daytime hours.
For your safety, please be aware that electrical fencing is used in certain areas of the property. These fences are marked with yellow caution signs; however, guests should assume all electric fencing is active and capable of delivering a shock if touched. Please use caution around all fences and keep a safe distance at all times.
We kindly ask guests to remain mindful of their surroundings and to supervise children or anyone needing assistance while outdoors. The natural terrain, equipment, and farm structures can present hazards if not approached with care.
By booking and visiting the property, guests acknowledge that Fire Dancer Farm & Fields is not responsible or liable for any injuries, accidents, or property damage incurred while on the farm, including the farmhouse, yards, fields, or any outdoor areas.
