Apartment Fiore di Cattaro is a brand new studio located in the centre of Kotor, in Dobrota only 80m from the sea side and just 700 meters from the Old Town or a 9-minute walk. Located in a modern building with only 2 minutes from the sea and the promenade. The luxurious and modern studio of 25m2 super-functional is ideal for two, with a double bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. It has a kitchen integrated into the living room and a bathroom with a washing and drying machine (2in1). The studio is equipped with AC, WIFI and cable TV (Smart).
WIFI High Speed Internet (up to 120Mbps) is available throughout the apartment and is specially adapted for guests working online where high speed is required.
On guest request, a garage or private parking space is provided inside or at front of the building.
Supermarket is only 30m from the building, cafes and restaurants 80-100m away, ATM 300m. Fresh bread, muffins, donuts and pizzas are available in the apartment building where the bakery is located on the ground floor of the building. Beaches are on walking distance from the apartment - Dobrota Beach 5min, Mandrac (Beach Bar) 10min, Huma (Luxury Beach & bar) 12min.
Assisting our guests in organizing private boat family tours, fishing tours, transfers and renting a car/kayak/bike.
Two bicycles are available free of charge.

In the following text hope you will find some interesting and useful things about the apartment that will save your time and make your stay in Kotor nicer.
Located in historic town of Dobrota, at only 750m distance from the spectacular Kotor Old Town, Apartments di Cattaro offer a unique five-star experience.
1. LOCATION. The apartment is located in Dobrota, within Kotor Bay, a place which blends stunning landscape, the cultural heritage of Kotor, unique Venetian architectural style, and sub Mediterranean climate into a beautiful surrounding. The contrasts of this place are heightened in the cultural and historical heritage, combined with its beautiful nature. A less than 10-minute walk will take you to Kotor Old Town, where you will find historic Roman and Gothic buildings, old city walls, churches and local shops - all in the embrace of the spectacular Kotor Bay. Narrow streets and squares, many valuable monuments of medieval architecture were among the reasons why UNESCO put Kotor on the list of the world natural and cultural heritage.
The apartment is located in Dobrota, 80m from the sea side, 700 m far from the Old Town – you need drive a two minutes or walk 8-10 minutes.
TAXI. If you want to use taxi from the Old Town to the apartment, just say address: IDEA Market Dobrota. Your apartment is just a cross the street. It would cost around 2 €. In Kotor taxi transfer is quite cheap and cost is 0.80 E/km. For visiting Old town and Dobrota no need taxi or car, everything is within 10minutes walk.
BEACHES – Sea side is just about 100 m from the apartment. On the left or right side of walking promenade are places designated for swimming. Dobrota called beach is around 300 m from apartment and another luxury Huma Bay Beach around 500 m away. Other attractive beaches are situated in the bay-Dobrota, Orahovac, Bajova Kula, Prcanj, Solila (0-5km) or at open sea Blue Horizonts, Jaz, Ploce, Trsteno. Distances: Solila (5km) Dobrota (0.3km), Mandrac (0.4km) Huma (0.7km) Jaz (20km) Ploce (21km) Plavi Horizonti (5km) Orahovac (6km) Trsteno (7km) Bajova Kula (7km).
RESTAURANTS- Restaurants, bars and walking promenade are about 100 m from the apartment. You can get there using the way strait from the building. You can’t miss it. There are domestic, fish restaurants, pizzerias and fast food on the promenade in Dobrota (100-500m far from the apartment) and in the centre of Old Town as well. About 6km of drive (right side from apartment) in place Ljuta is located 5+stars restaurant „Mlini“ with incredible nature and high prices as well.

Bars Distances: Brooklyn (0.1km), Anchora (0.1km), Windrose (0.1km), Que Nova (0.3km), Platanus (0.4km), Venezzia (0.3km).
MARKET- IDEA Supermarket is about only 30m far from the apartment just a cross the street. It will fulfil your requirements but in case you need even bigger, there is another supermarket Aroma 400m from Apartment on the right side looking to the sea. Shopping Centre Kamelia is about 600m from the apartment.
2. APARTMENT. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your comfortable stay. You can use all cosmetics and cleaners for free. Towels will be provided also by our self. There are some kinds of drinks in the fridge: water, mineral water, juices, red wine (domestic Vranac), and domestic plum brandy (originally from North Montenegro, 100% natural and homemade- made by my father /proud of this). Also, you can use all kinds of tea and coffee available in apt.
PARKING –available garage inside the building basement (by internal stairs you are coming directly to your apt.), or we will provide private parking lot at front of building. Option to choose on guest’s request.
3. WHAT CAN YOU VISIT?
There are few tour guides for Kotor in the apartment that will help you to choose some of attractive destinations. Also, there are some tour maps of Old Town with some useful historical information. You can use both guides and maps, but please, put them back in the same place when you leave our apartment.
Our suggestions are:
- Dobrota –walking by sea promenade or cycling around Dobrota bay.
- Perast - medieval Perast with captain palaces (you have a free car park on the other side of Perast), rent a boat that will get you to the islet Gospa od Škrpjela (Our Lady of the Rocks), return ticket costs 3-5€ per person
- Risan. It takes about 5 minutes driving from Perast and there you can see The Roman Mosaics from the 2nd century.
- Orahovac- you need only 10 minutes driving from the apartment, on the way to Perast (right from the apartment).
You can find two beautiful beaches there with two lovely beach bars. (Park your car on the other side of Orahovac)
- Old Town of Kotor – pleasant walk for about 8-10 minutes along the promenade to the centre of Old Town of Kotor. If you want to look around the fortifications of Kotor (San Giovanni), you will have to walk about 3 hours in both directions (1.5 hour each way).
- Serpentine/Njeguši – the attractive road above the Old Town that leads to the mountains. Enjoy the magnificent view on the Bay of Kotor! To get there just before Petrol Station INA Petrol turn right.
- Porto Montenegro – officially declared for the most beautiful Mediterranean port/marina, 7 km far from the apartment.
- Lustica Bay – nice place to spend afternoon and evening time having dinner there. 8km from apt.
- Porto Novi – new tourist resort worth to visit and spend few hours. 45minutes by car from apartment.
4. MISC. & OUR ASSISTANCE
Fishing tours, Family Private Boat Tours, Cycling, Rent a car/bike/kayak –organizing and assisting our guests in all those activities whenever is required.
Transfers also available on request. Private tours/ from/to airport, etc.
