I look forward to welcoming nice guests to this Canarian finca with its original charm and modern comfort. Located between the airport and the capital of Las Palmas de GC, the finca with the tropical garden offers a magnificent view over the Atlantic Ocean, just 10 minutes away, to Fuerteventura.

The space
The guest house on the 18th century finca is located in a typical Canarian stone house that has been extensively renovated since 2009. It has a separate entrance and consists of a living room with kitchen (incl. dishwasher) and 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. The 2 smaller guest rooms with a shared bathroom en suite are equipped with a double bed and a double bed and are ideally suited for the small family. A crib is also available. The 3rd bedroom is furnished with 2 beds that can be joined to create a large bed. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom and is only accessible for 4 guests or more. The villa is located 300 m above the sea and there is a magnificent view to the neighboring island of Fuerteventura. 4G Wi-Fi access with 10 GB data volume/week is available as well as a TV with all ASTRA SAT programs also in German.
