Guest access
You have the entire cabin to yourself. The front door has a keyless entry- smart lock. A unique code will be provided for your stay and will expire at check-out.

Other things to note
If you plan on bringing a pet, kindly specify this during the booking process. A $100 deep cleaning fee will be applied accordingly. Thank you.

Please adhere to the posted speed limit of mostly 25MPH within our community, as it is closely monitored. Guests are responsible for any moving violations incurred.

Window A/C units are installed starting Memorial Day weekend.

In accordance to community regulations and Airbnb policies, parties, events, fireworks, and loud music are strictly prohibited.

No smoking within the home.

Please note the multi- game table is small- not a full size.

Registration of cars and guests is required for your stay, wristband (s) and relevant info will be provided for your stay. Please note: the community imposes a $35 community fee- this is automatically charged via the app when you book a stay. Please note that lakes are restocked with fish after/around April 4 each year. While we do not provide any streaming services, please bring the login information you use so you can sign in as a guest through our Roku service.
