This house is fondly known as "The Farmhouse" to those in the Friends Forever International (FFI) family. FFI is a 501c3 nonprofit that offer youth leadership programming. We welcome all people! We have hosted people from over 30 different cultures and it is many of their home away from home.

100% of proceeds go towards full scholarships for youth participants. Our mission is to help youth become the best versions of themselves so they can help their community become the best version of itself.

The space
On the first floor, the Farmhouse includes a large kitchen, dining room, living room, an ADA bathroom, and 1/2 bathroom. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place.

Additionally, our office building is across the lawn. The lawn is yours to use as you please!

There is a caretaker who lives on-site, but in a completely separate part of the house. There are no shared spaces, and they have a separate entrance.

Guest access
We have a private driveway, with enough space for 3 vehicles. To get to town you will need to drive, but there is a nice walk around our neighborhood.

The FFI Farmhouse is in a quaint residential neighborhood just off of the main route! It is only 5 minutes from downtown Durham, where the University of New Hampshire is located, and only 15 minutes from downtown Portsmouth, which has lots of small shops and local restaurants.
