When you stay in our former rectory, you will take a step back in time - with all the amenities of today. Until 1974, the building (built in 1870) was used as a rectory, then taken over by our parents and regularly renovated with love to this day. Our decor demonstrates taste and an eye for detail. You will occupy the house alone and can use the beautiful garden with seating, sun loungers, parasols and garden shed.
The space
Our rectory has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate toilet, kitchen, a cozy living-dining area and a playroom or study with desk. Hiking maps, hiking guides and historical literature about Bad Wildungen are at your disposal.
Guest access
You use the entire house and garden for yourself, your family and friends.
Other things to note
Directly opposite our former rectory begins the 156 km long Kellerwaldsteig hiking trail, which will bring you closer to the varied and unique beauty of the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park.

My work: Bookseller in Buchland Bad Wildungen & teacher at the primary school Altwildungen
Speaks English, French, and German
My profession is bookseller. In my books, I travel the universe in my mind. During my vacations, I most enjoy traveling with Kristin, who is a primary school teacher, and, when they have time, with our children Annika & Katja, around the world as we like it. We love different cultures, contact with local people, and enjoy life on our own, far off the beaten tourist track. We speak fluent English, a little French, and if that's not enough, we're happy to communicate through gestures and facial expressions. We look forward to offering you Kristin's lovingly renovated and designed parental home, with a dream garden, for your most beautiful days of the year starting in spring 2020. We are always available for your questions or tips during your stay. Welcome to the beautiful Kellerwald-Edersee region. Welcome to Bad Wildungen Odershausen.
