Separate private single family basement apartment, including Bedroom new queen mattress, sleeping area with dividers has trundle bed with 2 single beds,, xl twin bed and queen fold out couch, fully furnished kitchen, dining room/table, office area, bathroom with shower/tub. Office desk, big screen TV, blue ray player and fireplace. washer and dryer. Board games, movies, outdoor seating, fire pit, BBQ grill with gas provided.

Parking is available on the street in front or beside the house. Guest access to the basement is found at the rear of the house, near the pool and barbecue grill.
