Completely renovated from top to bottom — every detail inside the home has been refreshed to create a unique blend of rustic warmth and modern comfort.

The property is home to abundant wildlife —Whitetail deer and wild turkey are daily visitors, along with a variety of birds such as cardinals, blue jays, woodpeckers, even the occasional crane or wild mallard ducks.

Conveniently located about 1 hour from downtown Cincinnati , an easy drive for museums, pro sports, the zoo, breweries, and riverfront events. ~10 minutes to Lake Waynoka and ~30mins from Amish country

Surrounded by woods and open fields, the property offers total privacy with room to roam — including a fully stocked pond with largemouth bass, catfish, and panfish. Bring your fishing gear!
