Conveniently located about 1 hour from downtown Cincinnati , an easy drive for museums, pro sports, the zoo, breweries, and riverfront events. ~10 minutes to Lake Waynoka and ~30mins from Amish country

Surrounded by woods and open fields, the property offers total privacy with room to roam — including a fully stocked pond with largemouth bass, catfish, and panfish. Bring your fishing gear!

Spring/Summer: Perfect for grilling or dining on the deck, front porch sitting & pond views. Fishing or kayaking, and fireflies at night. Bring sunscreen, bug spray, water shoes for creek walks.

Fall: Incredible colors & foliage, and peak deer activity—ideal for photographers. Cooler evenings call for layers and cozy hot tub nights.

Winter: Cozy hot tub soaks (yes, even in snow) and quiet evenings. The driveway is typically plowed promptly, but AWD/4WD is recommended in winter weather.

Year-round: Fully climate-controlled house, high-speed WiFi, and hot tub open 365 days. Wildlife sightings happen often—right from the deck or windows!
