The space
FMPIII Building has four floors, the 2F being the residence of the host. The rental space is on the third floor of the building, where rooms 301-305 are for long-term tenants. 306 is the only room on the 3F that is for short-term stays.
Guest access
The building has a roof deck that offers access to panoramic views of the surrounding area. Guests can also do their early morning or evening walks on the roof deck.

Room 306 can easily accommodate 4 guests. Can add 1 single extra bed to accommodate a fifth guest.
Other info:
- Please use the house slippers provided inside the unit. Bathroom slippers is also provided.
- Kindly take out the trash and dispose sa garbage bins outside the gate upon checkout.
- Before using the shower, bidet and faucets, please flush out the old water first for about 2 minutes.
Our water supply comes from a deep well and due to close proximity to the fishpond, old water stuck on the pipes can sometimes smell like mud.
Rest assured that the water is safe and clean but is only safe for washing/bathing.
Complimentary bottled water is available per guest in your room.
