Location, Location, Location! Come enjoy the Guadalupe River in this 1930s cottage that has been completely renovated! Take it easy at this wonderful getaway - with screened-in porch, just steps entry to the Guadalupe River, and acres to hike and explore. Whether hanging in the river or sitting just above it - this ideal home has everything you can imagine to make your vacation is a memorable one! Everything is "like new".

The space
This is a full home: complete kitchen, separate dining/living areas, full bathroom with tub/shower. There are two private, queen bedrooms. Bonus space is the huge screened-in porch with views of the outside fire-pit below AND the Guadalupe River. A quick stroll down to the river is the perfect way to party or relax. It gets no better!

Guest access
This is a completely private home (minus the people you see on the river).

The shared space will include the driveways, the 78+ acres of the Texas Hill Country and over 1/3 mile of Guadalupe River frontage. You can have as much privacy or 'be in the thick of it' as much as you want. You may see the owners or other guests staying at The Cabins At Camp Milagro down at the river (both share the property (including an additional 12 acres) - but not near the cottage - may be able to see owner's home and Cabins in the distance or from certain viewpoints on the property.

Other things to note
This home sits just above the Guadalupe River and across the river from a RV/camping site. You may hear noise from the river and campers; however, we have lots of secluded, private areas on our 78-90 acres.

"The Cabins at Camp Milagro" are on 12 acres of Texas Hill Country in New Braunfels, Tx. It consists of 3 cabins with history dating back to the 1800's - yet kept in pristine condition and all the modern essentials of 'today'. Adjacent to the 12 acres, is an additional 78 acres (our homestead and caretaker homes). This 78 acres has approx 1/4 mile of frontage to the Guadalupe River - which guests of Camp Milagro may access.
