The space
This cozy urban style waterfront cottage is a 2 story building with 4 bedrooms available (2 bedrooms on each floor) with kayaks, hot tub, fire pit, balcony & covered porch. With all the essentials for a memorable stay, this chalet is secluded on the edge of Lake Lili, a completely natural lake without petrol-powered engine. Upon entrance, you’ll immediately notice how the windows flood the space with light and let you enjoy those gorgeous views from the entire home. This cottage is fully furnished, featuring 3 bedrooms with Queen beds and coresponding accessories, and the forth bedroom has a bunk bed (twin/full). It is designed for families with a playroom, a high chair, children's games, crib and bed accesories for kids.
The rooms are comfortable and well equipped with comfortable accessories for a good night's sleep. On the same level you will find a modern bathroom with bath and shower for maximum convenience. There is also a fully equipped kitchen on the main floor as well as a large island table that can accommodate 9 people.
Still on the main floor, a large patio door will lead you to a glass balcony where a 3-season veranda fully coverd by metal anti mosquito sheet and a set of patio furniture allow you to relax outside while having a BBQ and enjoying the lakeview.
On the ground floor, sofas, smart TV to watch YouTube and Netflix, several DVDs, a Bluetooth speaker for listening to music, a foosball table and a table are at your disposal for beautiful evenings with friends and family. Still on the same floor a full bathroom, with shower, a washer/dryer as well as 2 bedrooms with queen size and a large window for a fabulous view of the contemplative lake!
Also, this cottage will charm you with a magnificent lakefront SPA. A large patio door will give you access to the spa which is functional all year round, a wood-burning fireplace for beautiful moments outside to stay cozy or play foosball indoors when it’s snowy outside Wooden stairs as well as a natural descent will take you to the dock where you will await 1 kayaks as well as a pedal boat which will be accessible from mid-April until the end of October. A vacuum cleaner and washer dryer are available on site for your needs. The chalet is equipped with camera to ensure the safety of all.
Note that a charging station is available to people who own an electric vehicle.
The location
The cottage is located in Lanaudière, only 5 minutes from the village of Chertsey and all its amenities. The cottage is only 1h from Montreal.

Around the lake there are around 20 chalets. The area is mostly dedicated for visitors and tourists, so very safe and secure place to spend your vacation with your family and friends.

Other things to note
For your information, the chalet has been in Airnb since 2021, but the ownership is changed on June 2023, so now it is listed through a new Airbnb account.
**Please note that we do supply body wash, shampoo, cooking oil, salt, pepper, aluminum foil. There is dish soap available.**
1. No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a 300$CAD penalty.
2.The main roads to the cottage are paved, but the secondary paths are gravel(2.5 km). There are 2 slopes to climb up and down. During the winter, we recommend good winter tires in good condition. We never had problem with our sedan car but SUV is recommended.
3. The presence of small rodents and insects ( mosquitos) outside the cottage. We are intruders in their natural habitat. Keep the doors of the cottage and your car closed at all times to prevent rodents from entering.
4. Boat will be available in early April through early November.
5. The Spa is available for the 12 months of the year.
*** Please note that you do not leave the spa cover open if you were not using it, the reason is that the water escapes much faster and there is a high risk of the water heater being broken or the full unit.
*** Please note that if we consider the spa water to be changed due to misuse and non-compliance with regulations, an additional fee of up to $250 may apply.
6. No noise outside after 9 pm. The deposit will be retained if we receive a complaint from a neighbor and it is warranted. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
7. Unfortunatly, there is no supply of timber.
8. Attention!!! There is a "sewage pump" or "sump pump" in the basement designed to remove water and sewage from basements, and pump it up to the septic tank. Please do not dispose of anything except toilet paper in the toilet and to avoid damaging the sump pump.
Flushing other items can damage the sump pump and lead to costly repairs. Help us maintain a functioning system by only flushing toilet paper. Thank you for your cooperation
9. No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
10. Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
11. Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check- in, prior or during your stay.
12. Please avoid moving furniture.
13. Pets are not allowed.
14. In order to preserve the water quality of the lake, only the kayaks provided in the cottage are allowed.
15. Please note that this is a suburb area and as such the cottages do not have access to city water. The water source is supplied from a well. Therefore, it is very important to use water in moderation during your stay so that it is available all the time.

During statutory weekends (Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Easter, Queen's Day, construction week)
You have to book 3 nights because we ask for a minimum of 3 nights to make the reservation.
Likewise for the Christmas period. (3 nights minimums)
