Other things to note
・Smoking is prohibited inside the building. If you smoke, we may charge you a special cleaning fee.
・Please refrain from parties, loud conversations, music, and other behaviors that may disturb neighbors.
・Pets are not allowed.
・We do not accept luggage storage before check-in or early check-in.
・Leaving luggage after check-out or leaving it in the building without permission is prohibited.
・Disposing of large garbage such as suitcases in the facility or building without permission is prohibited. If disposal is confirmed, a disposal fee will be charged.
・There is no elevator in the building. Only stairs can be used.
・Please refrain from taking home any equipment or room facilities.
・Please separate garbage and put it in a designated place in the room (please check the guide for details).
・In the event of an emergency, please contact us by message. We will respond as quickly as possible.
・A compensation of 50,000 JPY is required for mistakenly pressing the fire alarm.
Each guest will be provided with one set of towels (including face towels and bath towels) per stay; an additional set will cost 1,000 Japanese Yen per request.
The bathroom is equipped with a 24-hour automatic ventilation system. It makes normal running noise and cannot be completely shut down as it is a fixed facility. Please book carefully if you are sensitive to slight noises.
In accordance with the new private lodging law that came into effect on June 15, 2018, all guests staying at private lodgings must submit the following information and a guest list must be created.
- Name, address, contact information (phone number), nationality, passport number of the guest
- Full-length passport photo
- Photo showing the face of the guest together with the passport photo (for identity verification)
* If you have an address in Japan, you do not need to submit ID/passport
If you do not submit this information, we may be forced to refuse your stay.
We will not disclose, provide, sell, entrust, or share personal information of users without their permission. However, we will provide information if we receive inquiries or requests from judicial institutions such as courts and police, or administrative institutions that are required by law.
