Guest access
This is an entire room, and there are no areas in the room that are shared with other guests.
Other things to note
- No smoking inside. If you smoke, we may charge a special cleaning fee
・ Please refrain from activities that will disturb the neighbors, such as parties, loud conversations, music, etc.
- No pets allowed
・ We do not store luggage before check-in or do early check-in
・ Leaving luggage after check-out or leaving it in the building without permission is prohibited
・ It is prohibited to dispose of large garbage such as suitcases in the facility or building without permission. If we find that you have discarded something, we will charge you for the disposal cost
・ There is no elevator in the building. Only stairs are available
・ Please refrain from taking home the equipment and indoor facilities
・ Please separate garbage and put it in the designated place in the room (see the manual for details)
・ Please message us in case of emergency. We will respond as quickly as we can.
・ If you accidentally press the fire alarm, you will be required to pay 50,000 yen in compensation.
Towels (including face towels and bath towels) will only be provided for one person during the stay. If you would like more, you will be charged 1,000 yen per time.

Under the new Private Lodging Act, which went into effect on June 15, 2018, all guests who stay in private lodgings are required to submit the following information for the creation of a guest list.

Name, address, contact information (phone number), nationality, and passport number of the guest
Photo showing your entire passport
Picture with both the face of the guest and their passport photo together (to verify identity)
* If you have an address in Japan, you do not need to submit an ID/passport
If we do not receive this information, we may promptly decline the reservation.
Regarding personal information, we do not disclose, offer, sell, consign or share users' personal information without their permission. However, we will provide information when inquiries and requests accompanied by legal obligations are received from judicial organs such as courts, police or administrative agencies based on laws and regulations.
