Treat yourself to a relaxing vacation in our spacious, 3/2 condo! You will be a short walk across the street to the beach and just a short drive to downtown New Smyrna Beach. Popular restaurants, pubs, boutiques, and shops await you on historic Flagler Avenue. The Intracoastal Waterway is just minutes away offering a plethora of boating and fishing options.

The space
The photos say it all! Coastal themed condo is professionally decorated, beautiful and extremely enjoyable and comfortable in every way. A parking garage and elevator take you to the 4th floor to unit 4403. This beach condo is fully stocked with fresh linens, a King size Sleep Number bed, Pack 'n Play, 1 Queen and 2 twin beds, 4 TV's, kitchenware, beach chairs, beach toys, pool/beach towels. We have a gorgeous unobstructed view off our spacious balcony where the sunsets are spectacular!

Guest access
You will have your own personal access code to the condo front door. It is the last 4 digits of the phone number associated with your Airbnb profile.

OceanWalk has two stunning pools within walking distance. There are 2 hot tubs, 2 clubhouses, 2 fitness rooms, saunas, tennis courts, shuffleboard, bocce, barbecue grills, aquatic preserve trails through conservation on the property leading to a river for kayaking and so much more. Canaveral National Seashore State Park is just 3 miles south.

Other things to note
NOTE: Our condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized for each guest. Our safety plan is in compliance with Volusia County rules.

We wash all linens, dishware and other service items available for use by guests between each guest rental.

We maintain adequate time between the conclusion of a guest stay and the check-in of the next guest to allow for appropriate cleaning and sanitation.

We have one king Sleep Number Bed, one queen, two twins, a comfy self-inflating air bed. A Pack n Play portable crib is also available for use and stored in a closet.

OceanWalk does not allow pets in the building unless they belong to a condominium owner. Thanks in advance for adhering to this policy.
