Welcome to Exodus, a newly built a-frame on 20 secluded acres in the heart of Empire. Escape reality with miles of walking trails, unwind in the 7-person hot tub, or take in the picturesque landscape from the bedroom balcony.

The space
At Exodus, we firmly believe our guests should have access to all the modern amenities without sacrificing their privacy and natural surroundings. Our newly built homes are furnished with the latest furniture, appliances, and smart home systems to ensure our guests have an exceptional and comfortable stay. Each house is strategically located amidst natural scenery, allowing guests to immerse themselves in nature while enjoying the luxury of our homes

On the first floor: cathedral ceiling, fully stocked kitchen with island seating, dining table for 10, sofa with coffee table, full bathroom, and 2 king-sized bedrooms with access to the balcony

Loft: 2 full-sized beds, skylights, 2 lounge chairs and a coffee table

Basement: 80" tv, 12-person couch, laundry room, king-sized bedroom and walkout basement to the fire pit and 7-person hot tub

Property: the 20-acre lot has trails conveniently carved throughout for your enjoyment. Markers are placed every few feet to guide you to the Shore-to-Shore Trail (also known as the Michigan Riding and Hiking Trail) that cuts through the property

The 220-milelong trail runs between Empire on Lake Michigan and Oscoda on Lake Huron is open to horseback riders and hikers

Guest access
Guests are free to use the entire house minus storage rooms during their stay

This is a quiet residential area. There's an apple orchard across the street and a mini zoo a couple of houses down- you may hear the animals at night. Please be respectful to our neighbors by keeping the noise level down- especially at night
