Guest access
You will have the whole house and dock to yourselves. We are only a call or text away if you need anything. wifi Smart lock for seamless check in. We have kayaks for your use. Outdoor items are used at your own risk. We do keep life jackets of various sizes at the dock and some in the basement but can't guarantee every size for every one. We do keep basic fishing tackle in the basement as well. There is an electric wagon to help haul things to the dock. Please see digital guidebook after booking for more info. Free parking on the curve driveway and small extra pad. No grass or street parking please.

We believe in keeping your vacation stress-free. That means no long cleaning checklists—you’ve paid a cleaning fee, and we respect that. These simple check-out steps and house guidelines are here just to help avoid surprises and ensure a great stay for every guest. 📵 Quiet Hours & Guest Conduct
We love hosting family gatherings, but Evergreen Hideaway is not a party house.
County-wide quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM. Please respect them so everyone can enjoy peaceful evenings.
Any noise complaints resulting in a law enforcement visit will result in immediate removal without refund.
🧼 Clean-Up Guidelines
We keep it simple! Before checking out, please:
🛶 Return kayaks and paddleboard to their proper spots.
🗑️ Remove all trash from the dock, patio, and outdoor areas.
🍔 Clean the grill and patio fireplace if used—please be courteous to the next guest.
🔥 Let us know if the firewood supply is running low so we can restock.
Inside the house:
🧃 Bag all trash, including leftover food, and place it in the outside can (located on the side of the house). No need to move it to the street—our local service will handle it.
🧼 Start the dishwasher with any used dishes.
🐾 Pet owners: Please pick up all pet waste from the yard.
🎒 Check for personal items before you leave.
