🏡 Guest Access – All Yours!
You get the whole house, porch, yard, and dock—basically the keys to your own lakeside kingdom. We’re just a call or text away if you need anything (except maybe a life-sized mermaid—those we don’t provide).
WiFi & Smart Lock: Seamless check-in, so you can drop bags and grab a kayak in record time.
Kayaks & Dock Fun: Paddle, swim, or float like a local legend. Outdoor activities are at your own risk—life jackets of various sizes are on hand at the dock and in the basement, but we can’t guarantee a perfect fit for everyone.
Fishing Gear: Basic tackle is in the basement for wannabe anglers. Bring your own tackle. We have let the fish get all ours but we have the poles.
Hauling Made Easy: An electric wagon helps move coolers, chairs, and possibly small children to the dock.
Parking: Free on the curve driveway and small extra pad—please, no grass or street parking unless you enjoy explaining to neighbors why there’s a minivan on their lawn.

Basically, everything you need for lake adventures, laughs, and minor dock shenanigans is included. Just bring your sense of humor (and swimsuits).
Lake Access: Like many homes on Lake Lanier, the walk to the water is on a sloped, natural path with several steps. While the path is well-maintained, it may not be suitable for guests with significant mobility concerns.

We love hosting family gatherings, but Evergreen Hideaway is not a party house.
County-wide quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM. Please respect them so everyone can enjoy peaceful evenings.
Any noise complaints resulting in a law enforcement visit will result in immediate removal without refund.
🧼 Clean-Up Guidelines
We keep it simple! Before checking out, please:
🛶 Return kayaks and paddleboard to their proper spots.
🗑️ Remove all trash from the dock, patio, and outdoor areas.
🍔 Clean the grill and patio fireplace if used—please be courteous to the next guest.
🔥 Let us know if the firewood supply is running low so we can restock.
Inside the house:
🧃 Bag all trash, including leftover food, and place it in the outside can (located on the side of the house). No need to move it to the street—our local service will handle it.
🧼 Start the dishwasher with any used dishes.
🐾 Pet owners: Please pick up all pet waste from the yard.
🎒 Check for personal items before you leave.
