The apartment is located in the old and very prestigious Hôtel Royal. This hotel hosted politicians, governors, VIP celebrities and the beautiful world of the time.
And the halala view of Madame la Soufrière that can be admired all day long. You can't have too much of it.
The loggia also overlooks a beautiful panorama of the sea and the Gourbeyre mountain.
In the city center of Basse-Terre, the mountain and sea views are clear.
Its location is comfortable because everything is nearby: Hospital, prefecture, school-high school court, shops, restaurants, cultural center.
It's easy to meet on the Champ d'Arbaud or on the boulevard to eat an agoulou or bokits with a coconut or passion fruit milkshake.
