A newbuilt luxury and sophisticated Villa that can accommodate 6 people in three bedrooms. Fully equipped with everything someone might need to feel at home. Located at the entrance of the picturesque village of Batsi with breathtaking unobstructed views of the Aegean Archipelago.
All spaces are comfortable simple and practical, made to provide seamless relaxation. Exclusive use of the pool and outside area that has been designed with beautiful outdoor furniture.
The space
120sq.m. villa, 3-bedrooms (one ground floor bedroom and two on top floor), open plan kitchen and living room.
Designed with respect to the surrounding area and the local architecture. Our Villa has been made in a way that the view is always the protagonist. A combination of earthly materials and colors have been used all over the area, such as wooden ceilings, granite tiles, rock tiles, wooden pergolas with bamboo providing the necessary shade and occasional winds protection, wooden decks and stairs. Rich blue pools to blend seamlessly with the breathtaking Aegean sea.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the villa and its assigned outside area (pool, covered terraces and garden).
Entrance to the property by a remote controlled gate, and to the villa with magnetic keycard.

Designated parking area.
Special events may be allowed upon request.
Children must supervised at all times in outdoor areas.
Etesian strives to create an environment for rest and relaxation. please be consider of other guests.
Linen change and cleaning every 3 days included. (for extra upon request, extra fee will be applied)
