The space
The perfect romantic beach couples getaway!
Wake up to sweeping ocean and mountain views from this 15th floor private condo in the iconic ESJ Towers, located directly on Isla Verde Beach, widely considered the best beach in the San Juan area.
Our condo features a partitioned bedroom with a sliding door and an open-top design, offering the functionality of a private sleeping area within the layout of a studio space. There is also a 2 twin pull out trundle bed in the main space that is great for kids.
Located in the heart of Isla Verde, you are within easy walking distance of excellent restaurants, bars, and nightlife, with quick access to Condado and Old San Juan.
Step outside the lobby doors to access the beach, perfect for morning walks, sunset swims, and relaxing days by the ocean. From the balcony, enjoy the breeze, the sound of the waves, and views stretching from the Atlantic to the green mountains inland.
Please note that brief power outages are common in Puerto Rico and are usually resolved within a few hours. Water outages leading to rationing are also very common and completely out of our control.
We cannot offer parking at this location but there are several paid garages nearby.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire condo. There is no pool at this Airbnb.
We do not offer parking at this location. Paid parking is available for $48/night at the Marriott Residence Inn across the street.
Other things to note
We do not have a pool. The pool that our building once had was destroyed by hurricane Maria back in 2017.
Our spectacular view does include the airport, so you can hear planes taking off and landing every so often. Note that we are not in the direct flight path, and we have hurricane rated windows and balcony door for insulation. Most guests love watching the planes!
Direct beach access from the building lobby is available from 7am - 7pm
We do not give refunds based on things beyond our control including weather events and power outages. Power outages are extremely common and widespread throughout the island, and you may experience one during your stay. They typically only last a few hours in our area.
