With 4 bedrooms, 3 with balcony's, 3.5 bathrooms and 3 separate lounge areas. The central area of the home is surrounded by a huge deck and dining area. The views of the valley will take your breath away.

1. Master is a king bed with large ensuite, garden view bath and balcony.
2. Queen bed with ensuite and private balcony.
3. Queen bed with full bathroom next to room
4. Queen bed with private balcony. Also next to another toilet.
(Double Sofa bed also in this room)

The large block and dam makes the property feel remote, yet down the hill is the black wood river, and the shopping precinct of Bridgetown, the Cidery and other restaurants. The house itself is luxurious and modern and extremely spacious with separate areas to suit multiple people. It is accessible and would be perfectly suited for one or two families, a ladies getaway or someone who wants to escape, create or explore the towns of the South West. Bridgetown is close to many towns and situated between the towns of Donnybrook, Balingup, Nannup, Manjimup, Bunbury, Margaret River and Pemberton, If you love nature, fresh country air and local produce. This is the place for you.
