If you're travelling for work with your colleague, want to just Netflix-DisneyPlus-HBOGO & chill with your best bud, or maybe you work from home and you want to spend your shift with your teammate; we got your back! You still have two separate beds for your comfort & the entire common area for your convenience. Aside from the high speed wifi connection, we also have 2 LAN cables that you may plug in to your laptops. Plus a fully-equipped kitchen that you wouldn't find in other transient rentals!

This specific listing can accommodate 2 guests. You will have access to the common area and the bunkroom. We have a smoke detector, sprinkler and fire extinguisher in the unit for everyone's safety.

• Kindly check the ADDITIONAL PHOTOS to see what we added to our amenities and our DEDICATED BASEMENT PARKING (with a minimal daily fee)
• We have photos and video guides that you may access using the smart TV we have in the unit
• I will also provide assistance by providing a quick home tour so you'll know how to quickly adapt to the space
• We love pets. However, our tiny home will not be able to provide comfort for them as it can for their "hoomans."
• Kindly advise me in advance if you will be needing the 2 LAN cables we have available in our unit, so we can prepare it for you.
•We have a dedicated basement parking slot for a minimal fee of P300 for one night (and peak seasons) and P250 per night for 3 nights or more.
