Erlingstua Rorbu is an authentic fisherman's cottage, perfectly located in Henningsvær.

You will find the yellow cottage in the picturesque pedestrian street of Misværveien in Henningsvær, just a few steps away from legendary cafés, gourmet restaurants, modern galleries and small local boutiques.

The cabin's location is a great base camp for day trips in Lofoten and caters perfectly for 1-4 persons.

The space
"Erlingstua Rorbu" offers an authentic rorbu ambience. The cottage was built in the 1870s and served as a basic shelter for fishermen who participated in the annual cod fishing seasons.

However this cottage is newly renovated with attention to its true heritage, combining tradition with modern facilities.

WIFI is of course included, if you wish to upload your Lofoten experience to social media or relax with Netflix etc.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, fridge, etc.
Both WC and the shower room have heated floors - and of course hot water.

(The cold water on the other hand is ice cold. The fresh water pipeline to Henningsvær lays directly on the sea bed and keeps the water ice cold - all the time. And yes: You can drink it!)
