Perched on the 3rd floor, this 99 m² / 1,065 ft² apartment is designed for groups, families, and digital nomads who value both comfort and location. Just steps from Cali’s Boulevard del Río, Granada, and El Peñón, you’ll be close to everything while enjoying your own quiet retreat.

Inside, two bedrooms feature plush European King-size beds, noise-reducing windows (a rarity in Colombia), air conditioning, SmartTVs, and work desks — ideal for rest and productivity. The third mezzanine bedroom offers a single bed and fan (no A/C), accessible by metal stairs — please use caution.

The spacious living room and fully stocked kitchen make it easy to cook, share meals, or unwind. Basics like salt, pepper, and cooking oil are provided. Bathrooms come equipped with towels, floor mats, and a starter kit of shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and toilet paper.

Once you rent it the whole place is yours.
You're welcome to have guests over as long as maximum occupancy is not exceeded (5 persons). We need IDs of any guest who spends the night. If they are just visiting then not needed.

Registration:
According to Colombian law, a photo ID must be presented for each person staying at the property. To complete this registration, we send a link where you can upload all the information mentioned above. A signed rental contract is also required before entering. You can complete it through the same link that is sent as soon as the reservation is confirmed.

Medical tourists:
Please inform If you are getting any medical procedure done while staying at our property. Damages to bedsheets and towels will be charged.

We issue a legal electronic invoice for the amount monetized in Colombia (after Airbnb commissions). This complies with all the local regulation if you need to deduct your stay as a business expense.

Interruption in utilities:
This is the tropics and utilities such as electricity, water supply, and internet can experience interruptions from time to time. These potential situations are completely out of our control and are not cause for any refund. Luckily the building has a back-up water tank for emergencies.
