The space
Spacious elegance in Centenario’s best location
Set on the third floor of a beautifully restored building, this 142 m² / 1,527 ft² 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment blends space, comfort, and location — just steps from Bulevar del Río, Granada, El Peñón, and Cali’s historic center.

Inside, you’ll find hotel-quality European King beds, noise-reducing windows (a rarity in Colombia), and SmartTVs in every bedroom. Two bedrooms have private bathrooms, while the third bathroom is accessed from the living room. Two bedrooms are also equipped with work desks, ideal for digital nomads and business travelers.

The bright, spacious living room features two sofas and a 55" SmartTV, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook at home, and the dining table comfortably seats six. Essentials like salt, pepper, and cooking oil are provided. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy Cali’s warm evening breeze with a drink or a book.

Bathrooms
All three bathrooms are stocked with towels, floor mats, and a starter kit of shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and toilet paper for your convenience.

Parking
The building does not have on-site parking. We strongly recommend not leaving vehicles unattended on the street. Several secure paid parking lots are available within a two-block radius — we’ll happily guide you to the best options.

Housekeeping & laundry
These services are not included but can be arranged in advance for an additional cost. Our team can help coordinate this during your stay.

Safety & access
The building is accessed via a coded security door, and all common areas are monitored by cameras. A nighttime doorman also circulates the property for added peace of mind.

Guest access
Once you rent it the whole place is yours.
You're welcome to have guests over as long as maximum occupancy is not exceeded (6 persons). We need IDs of any guest who spends the night. If they are just visiting then not needed.

Registration:
According to Colombian law, a photo ID must be presented for each person staying at the property. To complete this registration, we send a link where you can upload all the information mentioned above. A signed rental contract is also required before entering. You can complete it through the same link that is sent as soon as the reservation is confirmed.

Medical tourists:
Please inform If you are getting any medical procedure done while staying at our property. Damages to bedsheets and towels will be charged.

Factura electrónica:
We issue a legal electronic invoice for the amount monetized in Colombia (after Airbnb commissions). This complies with all the local regulation if you need to deduct your stay as a business expense.

Interruption in utilities:
This is the tropics and utilities such as electricity, water supply, and internet can experience interruptions from time to time. These potential situations are completely out of our control and are not cause for any refund. Luckily the building has a back-up water tank for emergencies.
