🌴 EXSTR Apartment • ERE Centenario Luxury Suites

Penthouse style studio apartment located on the 3rd floor of our building in walkable Centenario by the Cali River. No expense was spared in making this the place a super comfortable place to stay in Cali. Main features include:
Fast WiFi, unlimited hot water, air conditioning in all spaces, SmartTV, European King size bed 200x180cm (79" x 71"), and a fully stocked kitchen.
Perfect for solo travelers, couples, executives, and digital nomads.

The space

This studio apartment is located on the 3rd floor, and you will have to climb two flights of stairs to reach it. The total size is 43 m2 or 462 sq.ft. but the double ceiling height makes it seem even bigger. Our hotel quality bed and pillows are a dream to sleep in. We installed noise reducing windows in this building which is quite a rarity in Colombia.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal. Basics such as salt, pepper, oil, etc are supplied. The dining table can easily double as a desk for working on the computer.

The spacious bathroom comes with towels, floor mats, and a starter kit of shampoo, conditioner, body soap and toilet paper.

Parking:
The building has no parking. Please never leave your vehicle unattended at any time on the street or anywhere else in Cali. We are not responsible for damaged or stolen items from your vehicle during your stay. There are 5 safe paid parking lots within a 3 block radius. Let us know if you are bringing a vehicle and we will happily guide you.

Housekeeping & laundry
These services are not included but can be arranged with advance notice for an additional cost. Our team will be happy to help during your stay.

Safety:
For your safety, the access to the building is through a coded security door and the common areas of the building are always monitored with a camera surveillance system.
We maintain a small office onsite and there is a door man circulating the building at night.

WiFi
We have a strong 500 mb fiberoptic connection with UniFi Access Points for the building. It's the fastest plan on the market at the moment. While the connection is shared among the other units there is usually plenty of capacity for all users.

Guest access
Once you rent it the whole place is yours.
You're welcome to have guests over as long as maximum occupancy is not exceeded (2 persons). We need IDs of any guest who spends the night. If they are just visiting then not needed.

Other things to note
Registration:
According to Colombian law, a photo ID must be presented for each person staying at the property. To complete this registration, we send a link where you can upload all the information mentioned above. A signed rental contract is also required before entering. You can complete it through the same link that is sent as soon as the reservation is confirmed.

Medical tourists:
Please inform If you are getting any medical procedure done while staying at our property. Damages to bedsheets and towels will be charged.

Free City Tour included:
As a special benefit, we have partnered with one of Cali’s best tourist guides to offer you a free City Tour, Gastronomic Tour or Salsa Tour included with your reservation.

Airport pick-ups:
Let us know if you need help with airport transportation. We work with several top rated drivers and would be happy to arrange. They will wait for you, help with luggage and allow for one 15-minute stop on the way to a supermarket, ATM, etc. They know the exact location of the property making sure you won’t get lost.

Factura electrónica:
We provide a legal electronic invoice for the amount paid in Colombian pesos. This invoice complies with all local regulations, making it suitable for deducting your stay as a business expense.

Interruption in utilities:
This is the tropics and utilities such as electricity, water supply, and internet can experience interruptions from time to time. These potential situations are completely out of our control and are not cause for any refund. Luckily the building has a back-up water tank for emergencies.

Within walking distance you will find just about anything you need, including bakeries, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and some of the main attractions like the River Boulevard, Plaza Caicedo and San Antonio.
