The space

Located on the second floor (one flight of stairs), this 84 m² / 903 ft² apartment offers generous space, modern amenities, and unbeatable walkability — perfect for families, groups of friends, executives, or digital nomads.

Both bedrooms are spacious and feature European King beds, SmartTVs, and private bathrooms. One bedroom includes a dedicated desk, ideal for remote work. The entire apartment is fitted with noise-reducing windows — a rare luxury in Colombia — ensuring peaceful rest despite the central location.

The living room is bright and comfortable, with a SmartTV and plenty of seating to unwind after a day exploring the city. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, including basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

The bathrooms come with towels, floor mats, and a starter kit of shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and toilet paper.

Internet

Parking

According to Colombian law, a photo ID must be presented for each person staying at the property. To complete this registration, we send a link where you can upload all the information mentioned above. A signed rental contract is also required before entering. Please inform If you are getting any medical procedure done while staying at our property. Damages to bedsheets and towels will be charged.

We issue a legal electronic invoice for the amount monetized in Colombia (after Airbnb commissions). This complies with all the local regulation if you need to deduct your stay as a business expense.

Interruption in utilities:
This is the tropics and utilities such as electricity, water supply, and internet can experience interruptions from time to time. These potential situations are completely out of our control and are not cause for any refund. Luckily the building has a back-up water tank for emergencies.
