The space

Located on the second floor (one flight of stairs), this 84 m² / 903 ft² apartment offers generous space, premium finishes, and a superb location — perfect for families, groups of friends, executives, and digital nomads.

Both bedrooms are spacious and feature European King beds, SmartTVs, and private bathrooms for maximum comfort. One bedroom includes a dedicated work desk, ideal for remote work or longer stays.

The entire apartment is fitted with noise-reducing windows — a rare feature in Colombia — ensuring a peaceful retreat despite the central location.

The living room is large and inviting, with comfortable seating and a SmartTV. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook at home, along with essential basics like salt, pepper, and oil.

Each bathroom comes with towels, floor mats, and a starter kit of shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and toilet paper.

Internet
The apartment is equipped with a dedicated fiber-optic connection (99%+ uptime) with UniFi access points, offering excellent speed and reliability — ideal for streaming, video calls, and remote work.

Parking

According to Colombian law, a photo ID must be presented for each person staying at the property. We issue a legal electronic invoice for the amount monetized in Colombia (after Airbnb commissions). This complies with all the local regulation if you need to deduct your stay as a business expense.

Interruption in utilities:
This is the tropics and utilities such as electricity, water supply, and internet can experience interruptions from time to time. These potential situations are completely out of our control and are not cause for any refund. Luckily the building has a back-up water tank for emergencies.
