The space

This exceptional 4-bedroom / 3-bath apartment spans 171 m² / 1,839 ft² across two floors. Located on the ground level with private access, it combines the space and comfort of a house with the convenience of a walkable, central location. Inside, one flight of stairs connects the two levels.
The apartment has been outfitted with hotel-quality beds and pillows, and noise-reducing windows — a rare luxury in Colombia — ensuring a peaceful stay despite being steps from the city’s most vibrant areas.
There are two spacious bedrooms on the first floor that share a bathroom, and two bedrooms upstairs, each with its own private bathroom. On the second floor, you’ll also find a dedicated 2-person workstation, perfect for remote work or extended stays.
Each bedroom features a European King bed (200x180cm / 79" x 71") and a 43" SmartTV, while the living room boasts a 55" SmartTV. All TVs are equipped for streaming your favorite apps.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare meals, including essential basics like salt, pepper, and oil. Bathrooms include towels, floor mats, and a starter kit with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and toilet paper.
Parking
This unit includes one private parking space, as shown in the photos. If you’re arriving with multiple vehicles, there are five secure paid parking lots within a one-block radius. We’ll happily guide you. Please avoid leaving vehicles unattended on the street at any time.
Internet
The apartment is equipped with a dedicated fiber-optic connection (99%+ uptime) with UniFi access points — ideal for streaming, video calls, and working remotely with uninterrupted reliability.

Safety
Building access is controlled through a coded security door, with 24/7 camera surveillance in common areas. A night guard is on duty for added peace of mind.
Guest access
Once you rent it the whole place is yours.
You're welcome to have guests over as long as maximum occupancy is not exceeded (8 persons). We need IDs of any guest who spends the night. If they are just visiting then not needed.
Other things to note
Registration:
According to Colombian law, a photo ID must be presented for each person staying at the property. To complete this registration, we send a link where you can upload all the information mentioned above. A signed rental contract is also required before entering. You can complete it through the same link that is sent as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
Medical tourists:
Please inform If you are getting any medical procedure done while staying at our property. Damages to bedsheets and towels will be charged.

Let us know if you need help with airport transportation. We work with several top rated drivers and would be happy to arrange. They will wait for you, help with luggage and allow for one 15-minute stop on the way to a supermarket, ATM, etc. They know the exact location of the property making sure you won’t get lost.
Factura electrónica:
We issue a legal electronic invoice for the amount monetized in Colombia (after Airbnb commissions). This complies with all the local regulation if you need to deduct your stay as a business expense.
Interruption in utilities:
This is the tropics and utilities such as electricity, water supply, and internet can experience interruptions from time to time. These potential situations are completely out of our control and are not cause for any refund. Luckily the building has a back-up water tank for emergencies.
