This beautiful two-story 3-bedroom / 3-bathroom apartment offers 141 m² / 1,517 ft² of elegant space, perfectly suited for families, groups of friends, executives, and digital nomads. Located on the ground floor, two of the bedrooms are upstairs, accessible via the internal staircase (shown in the photos).

The apartment is fitted with hotel-quality beds and pillows, and noise-reducing windows — a rare feature in Colombia — ensuring a peaceful stay despite the lively surroundings.

Each bedroom features a 43" SmartTV, and the living room is equipped with a 55" SmartTV. All TVs connect seamlessly to your favorite streaming apps.

The spacious living area is ideal for relaxing, while the fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook at home, plus essential basics like salt, pepper, and oil. On the second floor, a dedicated workstation provides a comfortable setup for remote work.

The bathrooms come with towels, floor mats, and a starter kit of shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and toilet paper.

Internet
This apartment features dedicated fiber-optic internet (99%+ uptime) with UniFi access points, ensuring fast and reliable connectivity — ideal for streaming, video calls, or working remotely.

We issue a legal electronic invoice for the amount monetized in Colombia (after Airbnb commissions). This complies with all the local regulation if you need to deduct your stay as a business expense.

Interruption in utilities:
This is the tropics and utilities such as electricity, water supply, and internet can experience interruptions from time to time. These potential situations are completely out of our control and are not cause for any refund. Luckily the building has a back-up water tank for emergencies.
