The space

Located on the ground floor with easy access (just one step up from the patio), this spacious 44 m² / 473 ft² studio blends quiet comfort with a central location — just steps from Cali’s Boulevard del Río, historic downtown, Plazoleta Jairo Varela, Centenario Mall, and walking distance to El Peñón and Granada’s dining scene.
Inside, enjoy a European King-size bed with hotel-quality pillows, noise-reducing windows (a rarity in Colombia), and a large sitting area for relaxing or working. The fully equipped kitchen comes ready for your stay, complete with basics like salt, pepper, and cooking oil. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, floor mats, and a starter kit of shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and toilet paper.
Connectivity & comfort
We’ve recently upgraded to a dedicated fiber-optic internet line, offering one of the most reliable connections in Cali with 99%+ uptime — a huge advantage for digital nomads, executives, or anyone working remotely. The studio also includes air conditioning in all spaces, unlimited hot water, and a SmartTV with streaming apps.
Housekeeping & laundry
Housekeeping and laundry services are available upon request for an additional cost. Please notify us at least one day in advance, and our team will arrange everything for you.
Parking
The building does not have on-site parking. We strongly advise against leaving vehicles unattended on the street. There are plenty of safe, paid parking lots are available within 2 blocks, and we’ll happily guide you to the best options.
Safety & access
The building is secured with a coded entry door and 24/7 surveillance cameras in common areas. A nighttime doorman is also present for added peace of mind.
Guest access
Once you rent it the whole place is yours.
You're welcome to have guests over as long as maximum occupancy is not exceeded (2 persons). We need IDs of any guest who spends the night. If they are just visiting then not needed.
Other things to note
Registration:
According to Colombian law, a photo ID must be presented for each person staying at the property. To complete this registration, we send a link where you can upload all the information mentioned above. A signed rental contract is also required before entering. You can complete it through the same link that is sent as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
Medical tourists:
Please inform If you are getting any medical procedure done while staying at our property. Damages to bedsheets and towels will be charged.
Free City Tour included:
As a special benefit, we have partnered with one of Cali’s best tourist guides to offer you a free City Tour, Gastronomic Tour or Salsa Tour included with your reservation.
Airport pick-ups:
Let us know if you need help with airport transportation. We work with several top rated drivers and would be happy to arrange. They will wait for you, help with luggage and allow for one 15-minute stop on the way to a supermarket, ATM, etc. They know the exact location of the property making sure you won’t get lost.
Factura electrónica:
We issue a legal electronic invoice for the amount monetized in Colombia (after Airbnb commissions). This complies with all the local regulation if you need to deduct your stay as a business expense.
Interruption in utilities:
This is the tropics and utilities such as electricity, water supply, and internet can experience interruptions from time to time. These potential situations are completely out of our control and are not cause for any refund. Luckily the building has a back-up water tank for emergencies.
