The living area includes a comfortable couch, two chairs, and two SmartTVs, allowing you to unwind whether in bed or the sitting area.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook at home, along with essential basics like salt, pepper, and oil. The bathroom comes stocked with towels, floor mats, and a starter kit of shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and toilet paper.

Parking
The building does not offer on-site parking. However, there are five secure paid parking lots within two blocks, and we’re happy to guide you to the best options. Please avoid leaving vehicles unattended on the street at any time.

These services are not included but can be arranged with advance notice for an additional cost. Our team will be happy to help during your stay.

Building access is controlled by a coded security door, with 24/7 camera surveillance in common areas and a night guard on duty.

Once you rent it the whole place is yours.
You're welcome to have guests over as long as maximum occupancy is not exceeded (2 persons). We need IDs of any guest who spends the night. If they are just visiting then not needed.

Other things to note
Registration:
According to Colombian law, a photo ID must be presented for each person staying at the property. To complete this registration, we send a link where you can upload all the information mentioned above. A signed rental contract is also required before entering. You can complete it through the same link that is sent as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
Medical tourists:
Please inform If you are getting any medical procedure done while staying at our property. Damages to bedsheets and towels will be charged.

Airport pick-ups:
Let us know if you need help with airport transportation. We work with several top rated drivers and would be happy to arrange. They will wait for you, help with luggage and allow for one 15-minute stop on the way to a supermarket, ATM, etc. They know the exact location of the property making sure you won’t get lost.
Factura electrónica:
We issue a legal electronic invoice for the amount monetized in Colombia (after Airbnb commissions). This complies with all the local regulation if you need to deduct your stay as a business expense.
Interruption in utilities:
This is the tropics and utilities such as electricity, water supply, and internet can experience interruptions from time to time. These potential situations are completely out of our control and are not cause for any refund. Luckily the building has a back-up water tank for emergencies.
