Guests will have exclusive access to Apartment #4 and one designated parking spot. The backyard is shared for the entire building.

House Rules
No smoking or vaping inside the apartment. Any evidence of smoking, vaping, or lingering odors inside the unit may result in additional cleaning fees.
Pets are welcome! Please be sure to add your pet to the reservation and pay the applicable pet fee prior to arrival.
No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings.
No glitter or confetti may be used anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors, as they create significant cleaning challenges.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
We understand travel plans can vary. Early check-in and late check-out requests may be available with advance approval.
Early check-in: $50 per hour
Late check-out: $50 per hour
All requests must be approved and paid for in advance. Unauthorized early arrivals or late departures may result in additional charges.
Shared Outdoor Space
The backyard is a shared amenity available to guests staying in all four apartments within the building. Please be respectful of other guests and help maintain a welcoming environment for everyone.
