The space
My house is a duplex and this offer is for the self-contained first floor. It is secure and has privacy, as well as access to a roof terrace with wonderful views. It is comfortable and well located close to the historic downtown area. In fact, it is an easy 4 block walk to the principal downtown area. There is a wide choice of nearby restaurants and cafes, offering a good selection and choice for all tastes. Maybe you will share the apartment with other guests or maybe not (the oakred bedroom)

Neighborhood highlights

At the moment they are fixing the street and there is only pedestrian crossing, we regret these inconveniences.

We are in an excellent area, very quiet and surrounded by many amenities such as: cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, laundromats, pharmacies and banks.

Half a block away there is a walker with trees and benches to rest, take a walk, relax with the sunsets and listen to the different birds in the colony.
