- Large double doors lead to a spacious, sunlit hilltop patio, offering stunning views of the city skyline and, on occasion, fireworks from Dodger Stadium during game nights.
- The living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a mini-fridge, new stove/oven, microwave, toaster, blender, pots and pans, utensils, and coffee machine. Included is coffee, tea, creamer, Brita water filter, and basic cooking spices.
- Each bedroom includes a Smart TV for your use. Roll out the tv cart to access streaming apps or connect your device with the HDMI cord.
The other tv (they are both in the circus bedroom closet) can be brought into the blue bedroom and plugged in and put on the dresser to access your favorite shows upon logging in. Either tv can also be set up in the living room area.
- This is a duplex; your unit occupies the lower level with a private entrance, ensuring no shared indoor spaces. I live in the upper unit of the duplex and occasionally use the patio and outdoor gate entrance. Your space is located below mine, so please keep in mind that while I’m usually quiet, some noise is inevitable in a bustling city duplex.
- The patio and laundry facilities are shared.
- Two new, quiet Midia brand window AC units have been added in the bedrooms for your comfort.
- While children are welcome, please note that the space is not childproof. The patio may pose a safety risk if kids climb the railing, and there are adult-themed artworks and knick-knacks throughout. Children must be supervised at all times. Please message me first when booking with children.
-Unfortunately, I cannot allow cats to stay because I am severely allergic to them, and often spend time in the unit.
- There is free street parking available, typically requiring parallel parking. If you don’t find a spot directly outside the home, there’s ample street parking just half a block down near the school.

“Tiny Tiger Circus”
Inspired by a love for the circus, this room features the artist’s enchanting paintings, Freya and Feronia. The space captures an old-timey gypsy circus vibe, with a striped wall and warm, sponged oranges that dance across the room. Hand-painted knickknacks and a revitalized nightstand complete the playful atmosphere.
“Velvet Ocean”
Drawing from the artist’s Mediterranean roots, this room celebrates all things oceanic. Guests can make use of all the spaces shown in the listing pictures. The unit is private, and none of the areas INSIDE are shared with other guests or me.
Guests can also make use of the big patio that is shared with me right off of the living room of your unit, through the beautiful French doors.
