"Espacio Wayak" is a place where you will truly feel on vacation. You can enjoy a beautiful pool with lounge chairs and have your barbecues at the "palapa". The gated community is within a pleasant and very quiet residential area full of beautiful nature and 24-hour security. You can go for a walk or exercise in the central park. The place is very safe. The space
Nice apartment in the Real Lucerna gated community, about 15 minutes from downtown and the beach, and less than 1 km from the Playa del Carmen station of the Maya Train (find out on the internet about all the places you can visit with the Maya Train).
It is on the third floor, so you will have to take the stairs. It has two bedrooms with air conditioning: the first with a double bed and closet, and the second with two single beds. The living room has a sofa double bed, smart tv and ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is wifi throughout the apartment. There is parking lot, a beautiful pool and "palapa" with grill.
Real Lucerna is a gated community that is in the middle of nature and has 24 hour security. Two or three blocks away you'll find the buses that take to downtown.

Within Real Lucerna gated community you can walk or exercise in the central park and enjoy the surrounding nature. A good walk breathing fresh air, after a hectic day of tours or road trips, will come in handy before your meeting in the palapa and pool :). Leaving the residential area, you can take public transport that passes some blocks down Avenida Colosio. If you do not want to take the buses, we can provide you with numbers of taxi companies so that you can order your taxi. If you come by car, there is an exclusive parking space for you. There are also extra parking spaces for visitors.
And less than 1 km away is the Playa del Carmen station of the Mayan Train, which allows you to quickly access this new means of transportation that takes you to numerous Mexican destinations.
