This is a 2 floor house. Ground floor being the living, dining and kitchen area and up is for bedrooms. Has 2 full bath. 1 for each floor.

Guest own the whole premise while staying except one locked room that we use for storage.

Other things to note
The subdivision is a private family friendly community, hence, it is normal to see families walking, biking, jogging around the area. If you are driving, please observe caution especially during dusk and dawn.

Hot water is only available in Bathroom upstairs.

Neighborhood highlights

Family friendly community with Pavilion area that provides free access to swimming pool for residence and guest. Our place is less than a block away. Walking pets with their owner is a normal sight.

There's not much interesting about me but there's a lot of good things about my co-host (my wife) who will be taking care of you on your visit. My co-host is lovely, beautiful, great mom, great wife, great cook very cheerful, so patient, organized, love plants (a lot), very neat and tidy, loves home beautification, and always in a positive vibe.
