Welcome to Elk Grove! We're excited to have you view our new-to-the-market cabin. Elk Grove has been a labor of love, as we did full renovation of this gorgeous property located next to the Ouachita National Forest. I'm Giovanna, a Texas & Oklahoma real estate broker who saw this cabin's potential & couldn't wait to become a part of the amazing Hochatown community. Nate's my main squeeze, who while thinking I was crazy, jumped in for the ride...& what a ride it's been! Texas (DFW) natives, we both enjoy sports & outdoors, & there's plenty of both within minutes of our cabin. My goal for our cabin was a modern take on a cabin in the woods. It's modern meets rustic with color influences from the southwest combined with warm wood tones, yet contrasted by the black & white throughout. Ultimately, I designed the space to be used the way our family would...curling up by the fire, gathering around the island, enjoying family time on the patio or sitting around the fire. We hope you, as our guest, find it a comfortable space to enjoy each other's company & want to return again & again.
